As a fourth-grade special education teacher in a co-teaching classroom, Hayley brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. She firmly believes in the power of inclusion and collaboration, working hand-in-hand with her co-teachers to create an environment where every student feels valued and supported. With a deep understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs), Hayley excels at deciphering the complex language and specialized goals outlined within them, ensuring that each student receives the tailored support they need to thrive academically and socially.
