Amy is committed to working with people to start dreaming about their lives again — from the way they want to look and feel physically to what they want to learn to how they want to express their creativity to the way they want to “show up” in the world to where they want to travel to the legacy, they will bequeath the world.
Amy helps her clients identify dreams that they felt they might have had to give up on because they’ve been raising children or raising themselves up the corporate ladder or might just feel “stuck” in an odd sort of stasis that they can’t define.
Amy is committed to helping her clients become the-best-version-of-themselves. She teaches her clients to think strategically about challenges and helps them to create a Personal Strategic Plan while creating clarity around goals, ambitions, and dreams. She is known “to help you see the world differently” and is recognized for her “gift for mentoring and coaching.
Amy has been an integral part of several start-up and .com businesses. Amy’s clientele consists of C-suite executives and focuses on putting dreams in Corporate America into action. Whether it’s physical, mental, or emotional health her clients seek to attain and maintain, Amy helps uncover the obstacles that are in the way and creates a blueprint to help them get there.
When not putting dreams into action Amy can be found in nature biking, hiking, running, walking, and taking in all the beauty that nature has to offer.
